These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by Piper & Co Services Ltd. By requesting or booking our services, you agree to these terms.
 

Quotes & Bookings
 

All quotations are based on the information provided to us at the time of enquiry. Where the actual requirements of a job differ significantly from the information provided, the quoted price may need to be reviewed.
 

A booking is only confirmed once the required booking arrangements have been agreed with Piper & Co Services Ltd.
 

Removals
 

Customers are responsible for ensuring that items being moved are ready for collection at the agreed time unless an additional packing or preparation service has been arranged.
 

We will take reasonable care when handling and transporting your belongings. Customers should identify any particularly fragile, valuable or unusual items before the service begins.
 

We reserve the right to decline the transportation of items that are considered unsafe, illegal, hazardous or unsuitable for transport.
 

Clearances & Waste Removal
 

Customers should provide accurate information about the property and the items requiring clearance.
 

We are fully licensed to carry and dispose of waste and will handle waste responsibly. Wherever practical, suitable items may be reused, recycled or donated.

We cannot accept hazardous, prohibited or restricted waste unless this has been specifically agreed in advance and appropriate arrangements are in place.
 

Exterior Cleaning
 

The condition and suitability of surfaces will be considered before cleaning begins. While we take reasonable care when carrying out pressure washing and exterior cleaning, we cannot be responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration, loose materials or defects that were not reasonably visible or disclosed before work commenced.
 

Access & Property
 

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property and any areas where work is being carried out.
 

Please advise us in advance of any access restrictions, parking limitations, stairs, narrow access points or other circumstances that may affect the service.
 

Delays & Cancellations
 

We will make reasonable efforts to attend at the agreed time. Circumstances outside our control, including traffic, severe weather, vehicle problems or other unforeseen events, may occasionally cause delays.
 

If you need to cancel or rearrange a booking, please provide as much notice as possible. Cancellation or rearrangement charges may apply where these have been agreed at the time of booking.
 

Payment
 

Payment terms and the total cost of the service will be confirmed before work begins wherever possible. Any additional work or costs will be discussed with the customer before proceeding.
 

Liability
 

We take reasonable care when providing our services. Our liability will be subject to applicable UK law and nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
 

Complaints
 

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate and work towards an appropriate resolution.
 

Changes to These Terms
 

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page.
